Meet the team
Our teachers have four legs. Every HorseHand school horse has years of connection training, so they are patient and understanding.
The HorseHand horses
Cherokee
Gelding · 12.2 hh · born 2000
A very special breed of his own. Cherokee was here at the beginning - starting as a pony friend for Renny when he was 5 and going on to being one of the most well known horses of the team. Specialising in taking care of young children. Started at HorseHand in 2005.
Flick
Gelding · 13 hh · born 2000 · Welsh B
Flick was the first official outside pony brought to HorseHand for starting under saddle. Instead of being paid for her work Jodie bought him from his owner. Flick is a true professional and takes his job of confidence building very seriously. Started at HorseHand in 2007.
